Ko pa obuješ še drsalke in občutiš tisti popoln led pod svojimi nogami – čista poezija, vam rečem. 🙂

When I was a kid we spent almost every winter couple of days at the Bohinj lake. In that time winters were still full of snow, it was hard to find a Slovenian without skis and we were all hoping that we are going to win something at Podarim Dobim game. 🙂 And because I was so young I hardly remember anything. Except one event, when were were riding on sleds on the frozen lake Bohinj and admired spectacular winter landscape around us. A bit similar was couple of days ago when we left home in doubts to go ice skating on the frozen lake Bled. Some people said that its too dangerous but when we got there and talked to some friends who live there we knew, that its fine. And what a sight it was in front of us. Lake Bled, totally frozen, covered in fog with some sun rays trying to reach us. And when we put our skates on our feet and started with this adventure – well, truly special moments. 🙂
