Tokyo – Akihabara, digitalni muzej in vse vmes, Japonska

I would explore Tokyo, the Japanese capital of magical proportions, with pleasure and without any problems easy for a year or two. 🙂 Although we only had  3 days to feel it, it really got under our skin. On one side, it offers tranquil, traditional places (more about it here), where you quickly disconnect from places that are waiting for you literally across the street. Those places bring you to a totally different world of modern architecture and endless crowds of people. An evening stroll around the area of Akihabara, that is known for its unbelievable electronics shops, is definitely something special and far from a bored walk around the city. Even if you are not a big fan of electronics, you wont get bored maybe because of ladies in all possible uniforms of nurses, maids … who are trying to invite you to a nearby bar or places with crazy loud slot machines… 🙂 🙂 On the other side of the city, the main hit is a brand new digital museum that takes you to another world, to the world of avatars and other illusions. And in between you can get lost at shopping street Takeshita, wander around iconic Tokyo tower or just enjoy getting lost in this metropolitan mosaic.
